INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs/breasts
  • 2 medium cloves garlic / 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the honey and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside.
